Todd began his Community Services Journey when he began working as a Support Worker for St Bart’s in October 2020. Prior to this he spent 5 years working in the Banking Industry. His passion for community services began with some volunteering during his time in banking. This sparked a passion in him and he began a study in a Bachelor of Youth Work in 2019 which resulted in taking the leap in a career change.

Todd began working with the Waalitj Foundation as part of the Reset Program in May 2021. He began as an Employment Mentor, moving into the Senior Employment Mentor role in late 2021. Todd then moved into the role of Employment and Training  Co-ordinator in June 2022.

Todd also has a passion for sport and the development of athletes. He has been coaching in a variety of roles since 2012 with the last 5 years being as a development Coach for the West Perth Football Club.
