Michael Gray is the Team Leader of GEO’s XIT-180 Pre and Post Release Program.  XIT-180 supports complex clients with high reintegration needs to reintegrate into the community after their release from Ravenhall Correctional Centre. Michael has spent over 20 years working in the community sector for both Government and non-Government agencies. He has worked across several areas within the community services sector including crisis accommodation services, community housing and post release support programs.
