Early Bird Registration
A discount is available for registrations received and paid before 1st February 2023. Any registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard registration fee.
In the event the Conference is cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions or the committee deems delivering the Conference may pose a health risk to delegates a full credit to attend the re-scheduled conference will be made available. Alternatively a full refund will be available if delegates are unable to attend on the rescheduled dates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Reintegration Puzzle organising committee understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
- A full refund less a $75.00 service fee will be issued for cancellations on or before 1st of February 2023.
- No refunds will be issued on or after 1st of February 2023.
- Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Any costs associated with flight re-booking fees or cancellations is at delegates own cost. Many airlines are currently making special accommodations because of COVID-19. We encourage all participants to validate their cancellation policies with airlines directly.
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any outstanding account must be paid in full 7 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserved the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 7 days from the date of tax invoice being sent.
If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
It is recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The insurance should cover loss arising from the cancellation of the conference by the organisers or a person’s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever.
The Reintegration Puzzle Conference and its organiser’s will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants or accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage or property belonging to conference delegates either during or as a result of attending the conference.
No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
Access to Conference
Entry to the business sessions and social functions will be by name badge or ticket only. Delegates must have their name badge to gain access.
